Work with text blocks formatted as standard questions or multiple-choice selection exercises by quickly importing them to the ExamView question banks. The utility recognizes and highlights the question including answer options and extracts them from a compatible word processor.
This utility is useful for when you want to import rtf files into the program.
If you have many questions in a word processor format such as Microsoft Word, you can use the ExamView Import Utility (Windows only) to quickly import your questions.
To use SmartPaste, highlight an entire multiple choice or multiple response question including the choices (a. b. c. d. e.) in your word processor and select Copy. Switch to the question entry window and press F7 (not Ctrl/Cmd V or Paste).
